Job Overview

CodeXorr Solutions is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, social media management, creative designing, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing advertising campaigns, creating engaging digital content, and generating quality leads for IT services and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Generate quality leads for IT services and real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, and promotional graphics.
- Create reels, short-form videos, and other engaging visual content.
- Develop content calendars, ad copies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics,



and optimize budgets to improve ROI.
- Track leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns for IT services and real estate.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience in social media management and lead generation.
- Proficiency in creative designing and video editing using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing results.
