ABOUT US

Syntellite is a growing IT Solutions provider & a web branding house in Bengaluru. We build websites, apps, brands and digital growth for clients in India and the GCC. We're a small, quick, hands-on team, and we're hiring someone to lead our digital marketing.

THE ROLE

You'll lead our graphic designer, video editors, and juniors. You'll own digital growth for our clients and for Syntellite, and you'll be the brand's face on camera.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Team leadership

- Brief, lead and review work from designers, video editors and juniors.
- Plan the weekly content and campaign calendar, and set deadlines and the quality bar
- Mentor interns and get them productive quickly
- Content & on-camera
- Come up with content ideas, and write scripts and hooks for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Plan and run shoots, including shot lists, framing, lighting and audio
- Present on camera regularly in brand and client videos: talking heads, explainers and walkthroughs

Performance marketing

- Plan, launch and improve Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
- Own ad budgets, tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI), reporting and ROAS

Search & AI visibility

- Run SEO end to end: technical, on-page, content and link building
- Use AEO/GEO to get content into Google AI Overviews,



ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI answer engines
- Do keyword, competitor and trend research

WHAT WE NEED

- 2–3 years in digital marketing, with experience leading or coordinating a creative team
- Hands-on expertise setting up and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with verifiable ROAS and lead-generation results
- Solid SEO basics and a working knowledge of AEO/GEO
- Proven background in social scriptwriting, hook development, shot planning, and mobile/studio shooting. Experience shooting content for social platforms
- Natural, articulate, and confident presenter on video with an active portfolio or sample links. (non-negotiable)
- High proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva/CapCut, and modern AI productivity workflows.
- Trustworthy, loyal and accountable: you treat the company's work as your own
- Does well in a startup: comfortable with ambiguity, quick turnarounds and doing many kinds of work
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Agency experience across several clients
- Experience marketing to UAE/GCC audiences
