Digital Marketing Client Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and understand their digital marketing requirements.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Follow up with clients regarding content, campaigns, approvals, and feedback.
- Handle client queries and provide regular project updates.
- Support social media, content marketing, and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare basic reports and share campaign updates with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online platforms.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in digital marketing can apply.
