Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented marketing skilled to manage digital marketing, brand building, content creation, influencer marketing and online revenue growth for Rivona Naturals.

Key Responsibilities

* Digital & Performance Marketing: Manage Meta, Google and marketplace ads, optimize campaigns, and track CAC, ROAS and conversions.

* Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Plan content calendars, manage social media platforms, coordinate influencer collaborations, and drive organic growth.

* Content & Creative: Plan product shoots, reels, UGC, ad creatives, website banners and marketplace content.

- Website & E-commerce Marketing: Optimize product pages, SEO, landing pages, offers and conversion rates.

* CRM & Customer Retention: Execute email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.

* Brand & Product Marketing: Develop brand positioning, product USPs, launch strategies,



competitor analysis and promotional campaigns.

* Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing revenue, CAC, ROAS, customer acquisition, repeat purchases and campaign performance.

* Coordination & Operations: Manage agencies, budgets, marketing calendars and cross-functional coordination with sales, e-commerce, product and finance teams.

Key Expectation: Drive measurable brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement and revenue while maintaining brand consistency and marketing efficiency.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
