We are looking for skilled and responsible Dialysis Technicians to assist in the smooth and safe functioning of the dialysis unit. The candidates will be responsible for operating dialysis equipment, preparing patients for dialysis, monitoring patients during procedures and maintaining the dialysis unit as per hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor hemodialysis machines safely and efficiently
- Prepare dialysis machines, equipment and consumables before each session
- Prepare and position patients for dialysis and monitor them throughout the procedure
- Monitor vital signs and identify any complications during dialysis
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during dialysis procedures
- Maintain proper infection prevention and control practices
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of dialysis equipment
- Maintain dialysis records, treatment charts and machine logs
- Follow hospital SOPs, safety protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines
- Check availability and proper handling of dialysis consumables
- Report any machine malfunction or patient-related complication immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dialysis unit
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Technician course
- Relevant certification from a recognized institution
- Valid registration, wherever applicable
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital/dialysis centre preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualification and good technical knowledge may also be considered
Candidate Profile:
- Good technical knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and equipment
- Patient-friendly and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Strong focus on infection control and patient safety
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month
