Job Summary

Experienced Production Planning professional with strong expertise in SAP MM & PM modules.Will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring productive execution of production schedules.

Key Result Areas

- Develop and implement production plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet business targets.
- Prepare and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for production and related activities
- Work closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales teams to align production with demand forecasts
- Monitor production performance and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Manage material requirements and inventory planning using SAP MM




- Oversee maintenance planning and coordination using SAP PM to ensure minimal downtime.

Incumbent profile :
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain professional with 15 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Optimization within the Food,Spices, Perishable, and Culinary industries.
- Proven track record of driving OTIF improvements, SAP implementations and process yield

optimization while leading cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in capacity planning,produ ction efficiency, inventory control, and operational excellence, delivering measurable business results.
- Adept at managing complex production scheduling, and global supply chains.
