We are looking for an experienced DGM/GM After Sales Service (Mechanical) to lead and manage after-sales service operations for machinery supplied across India mainly Railways and Metros.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete after-sales service operations including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and breakdown services.

- Manage AMC business, warranty services and paid service.

- Handle critical customer complaints, technical escalations and service issues.

- Manage spare parts planning, forecasting, availability and inventory control.

- Ensure timely service response and resolution of customer complaints.

- Develop robust relationships with key customers and industrial clients.

- Monitor service revenue, profitability, budgets and key performance indicators.

- Coordinate with project teams, customers, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.





- Visit customer/project sites across India as required.

- Prepare service MIS and performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

- 15–20 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing or mechanical equipment service.

- Should be technically competent to understand the CNC machine problems and get resolve.

- Strong experience in After Sales Service, AMC, breakdown maintenance, spare parts and customer management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Strong commercial and customer-service orientation.

- Willingness to travel across India whenever required.
