Role Description The DevOps Site Reliability Engineering Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure and application environments.

The Lead will oversee CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment and monitoring processes, and drive observability across systems to improve reliability and performance. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with development and operations teams, managing incident response and root cause analysis, optimizing cloud resources and costs,



and establishing best practices for configuration management and infrastructure-as-code. The role also involves mentoring SRE and DevOps engineers, defining standards and documentation, and continuously enhancing system resilience, security, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong DevOps and SRE skills, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or equivalent).
- Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, CloudWatch, or similar) to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Solid knowledge of Linux-based systems, networking fundamentals, and security best practices for production environments.
- Experience designing and implementing high-availability, scalable architectures, including load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, or similar) for automation, tooling, and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in incident management, root cause analysis, and establishing operational runbooks and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
