We are looking for a technically strong DevOps Manager to lead a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure team while remaining deeply hands-on across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD and automation.

This is a player-coach role

- you will lead and mentor engineers, establish technical direction and engineering standards, while continuing to contribute directly to architecture, infrastructure development, automation and production troubleshooting.

What You’ll Own

Cloud Infrastructure

- Design and manage scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK

.

- Work across EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ALB/NLB and WAF.
- Drive cloud security, network architecture, least-privilege access and multi-region strategies.

- Work across Azure and hybrid / multi-cloud environments . DevOps Manager - India JD

Kubernetes & Platform Engineering

- Design and operate production-grade

Amazon EKS environments.

- Own Kubernetes networking, storage, RBAC, secrets, autoscaling and lifecycle management.
- Work with Karpenter, Cluster Autoscaler, Istio, mTLS and Envoy

- Lead Kubernetes upgrades and platform improvements. DevOps Manager - India JD

GitOps & CI/CD

- Own GitOps practices using ArgoCD across multi-cluster environments.

- Build and optimize pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins .
- Develop reusable workflows and pipeline templates.
- Improve build reliability, deployment velocity, security and developer experience.

AI-Assisted DevOps

- Apply Anthropic Claude and AWS Kiro across infrastructure development, automation, SRE and SDLC workflows.

- Use AI-assisted capabilities for incident response, RCA, postmortems, runbooks and operational automation.
- Apply AI to cloud cost analysis, rightsizing and infrastructure optimization.




- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities that can materially improve engineering velocity, reliability or cost efficiency.

DevOps Manager - India JD

Reliability, Security & Compliance

- Establish observability standards across Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Datadog

.

- Lead incident response, RCA, postmortems and on-call processes.
- Drive DevSecOps practices in partnership with Security.
- Lead compliance activities around SOC 2, FedRAMP and/or ISO certifications

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on AWS and Kubernetes/EKS experience.
- Production experience with Istio, ArgoCD, GitOps, Jenkins and GitHub Actions .
- Strong experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, Docker and Amazon ECR

.

- Experience across Azure and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals across DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, load balancing and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Claude and/or AWS Kiro

for infrastructure, SRE, cost analysis or SDLC acceleration.

- Strong scripting capability in Bash, Python or similar languages .
- Experience with secrets management such as AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault or External Secrets Operator.

- Experience working with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP and/or ISO . DevOps Manager - India JD

Valuable to Have AWS or Azure professional certifications, Karpenter, advanced EKS provisioning, Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, container security experience, open-source or internal developer-platform contributions, and experience in a high-growth or large-scale production environment.
