Summary-

As an Observability Enablement Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping application teams successfully adopt This role focuses on customer enablement, dashboarding, alerting, day-to-day Grafana platform operations, and hands-on troubleshooting across Kubernetes-based environments. You will work closely with platform engineers, SREs, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality observability

Minimum Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience working with observability, monitoring, or reliability engineering in production environments.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Grafana dashboards and alerting at scale.




- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and troubleshooting cloud-native workloads.
- Experience operating observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus and PromQL for building, querying, and troubleshooting metric-based dashboards and alerts.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, tooling, data analysis, or operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
- Experience using pipelines to automate operational workflows, configuration changes, or delivery of observability assets (dashboards, alerts, configuration).
- Ability to analyse metrics, logs, and traces to debug production issues effectively.
- Experience supporting systems in an on-call / operational support model.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to application teams.
