- Must have background from manufacturing industry.
- feasible for 24*7 shift on rotational basis.
- Resolve Ticket as per SLA
- Ticket updation TAT Adehrence , as per program SLA
- Correct, Validate the ticket category
- Timely ticket resolution at real time basis with proper resolution remarks
- End to end coordination of the ticket assigned (with vendor, user, or other stakeholders)
- Timely ticket escalation to next level, to ensure zero SLA Breach
- Update ticket closer to user and take feedback.
- 100% Adherence as per program defined processes
- Raise the identified change in process documents as per actual, if any.
- Average weekly customer feedback rating should be minimum 9/10
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
