- Provide end-user desktop support for hardware and software-related issues.

- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.

- Perform laptop/desktop setup, configuration and deployment for new and existing users.

- Provide basic Active Directory support, including password reset and account unlock.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and desktop-level connectivity issues.

- Troubleshoot printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.

- Install, configure and troubleshoot approved software and applications.

- Log, update and resolve IT support tickets within agreed SLA.

- Provide on-site and customer-facing IT support and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations.

- Follow ITIL, information security and customer-specific IT support processes.

- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, troubleshooting details and closure information

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
