Job Opening : Desktop Support Engineer
1. Hiring Desktop Support Engineer for IT Services Company.
2. Install, configure Windows OS, MS Office and other software.
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software and printer issues.
4. Handle networking issues - LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration.
5. Provide support for Outlook, email setup and data backup.
6. Resolve client issues via remote and in office visits.
7. Maintain asset records and service reports.
8. Coordinate with senior engineers for complex issues.
9. Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
