Job Summary

Rocket Infosystems is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic software troubleshooting. You will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day desktop operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.

- Resolve Windows operating system, application, boot, slow performance, and software errors.

- Install, format, and configure Windows OS, system drivers, utility software, and updates.

- Inspect and troubleshoot components including RAM, SSD/HDD, display, battery, charger, keyboard, mouse, and power/connectivity elements.

- Carry out basic component replacement, system cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

- Provide clear, professional technical assistance to users and document issues, actions taken, and resolutions.





- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams while adhering to service closure procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Hardware Support (Freshers with solid basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply).

- Vehicle Requirement: Owning a two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and assembly.

- Familiarity with Windows OS troubleshooting and basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).

- Problem-solving mindset with structured troubleshooting skills.

- Positive customer-handling, communication, and reporting abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
