Role & responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Outlook.
- Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Domain joining and basic system configuration.
- Basic software installation and troubleshooting.
- Resolving desktop hardware and software issues.
- Providing technical support to end users.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Desktop Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of domain joining, basic software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical support to end users.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Bharuch, Gujarat.
- Salary budget: Up to 3 LPA CTC.
