- Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.
- knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.
- Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.
- Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
- Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing
- Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.
- Basic Knowledge in networking, ADSL routing, and switching.
- Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.
- Monitoring of CCTV IP Camera and ISP Links
