Dolphin Hosiery & Garments is looking for a creative, talented and detail-oriented Fashion Designer / Garment Designer with a passion for kidswear, hosiery and apparel design.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion trends, fabric selection, garment construction, colour combinations, prints and product development.

We are looking for someone who can develop innovative, commercially appealing designs while considering production feasibility, comfort and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Create new and innovative designs for kidswear, hosiery and casual apparel.
- Research current fashion trends, colours, prints, patterns and styles.
- Develop seasonal collections, design concepts and mood boards.
- Prepare garment sketches, technical drawings and design specifications.
- Develop attractive fabric prints, graphics, motifs and colour combinations.
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising and production teams.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims and accessories for recent designs.
- Work on product development from initial concept to final sample approval.
- Review garment samples and recommend design improvements.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and suitable for bulk production.
- Maintain design records, artwork files and product specifications.





Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design or a related field preferred.
- Relevant knowledge or experience in garment, hosiery, knitwear or kidswear design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, prints, garment construction and colour coordination.
- Understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with merchandising and production departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic designer who understands both fashion aesthetics and commercial garment production.
