We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Design and Sales Lead to lead sales and business growth for our FOFO (Franchisee-Owned, Franchisee-Operated) branch in the residential modular interiors segment.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales for residential modular interior projects

.• Own business targets and ensure achievement of monthly.
- Manage and convert leads into successful bookings through effective sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their interior design requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Track sales funnel, pipeline, conversions and key business metrics.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.





? What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, must have at least 1 year experience in residential modular interiors industry.
- Candidates with experience specifically in modular kitchen, wardrobes and residential interior solutions will be strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance independently.

.• Target-oriented, commercially driven and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice periods are preferred.
