About The Role: The candidate is expected to handle a team of designers. Guide and support with creative & technical aspects of office interiors. Should have thorough knowledge in Office Interiors and Service coordination.

Must be well versed with corporate interior designing and material usage. Must have prior experience in handling teams, coordinating with site teams and service consultants. Should be able to single-handedly steer the conceptual designs, presentations of facilities.

Should be able to coordinate with designers, 3D visualizers and graphic designers. Candidates are expected to have an overview of the site work on a regular basis to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities and Skills:

Candidates should be well versed in space planning of office projects in AutoCAD.

Candidate is expected to meet deadlines and maintain the quality of deliverables.

The candidate is expected to have knowledge of current market materials and vendors.

Experience in Site coordination and exposure to vendor interactions.

Candidates are expected to have team development skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

Solid interaction, communication, sketching, and presentation skills expected.

Roles:

Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.

Manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.

Participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed.





Provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.

Attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required Skills:

Education: B.Arch., M.Arch.1 Masters Degree in Interior design

Technical skills: AutoCAD, MS office, Basic Sketchup, Photoshop

Work Experience: Minimum 5 - 9 years- experience working on commercial interiors design projects (Co-working experience is optional) Functional Areas: Architecture & Interior Design
