Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and verify complex digital ASICs using ATPG, MBIST, and scan insertion techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in SoC designs through DFT methodologies.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for functional verification of ASICs using SystemVerilog/UVM-based tools.
- Participate in peer reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in ASIC design verification with expertise in ATPG, MBIST, scan insertion, or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of digital circuit design principles and ability to work on complex SoC designs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Perl, Python; familiarity with SystemVerilog/UVM-based tools is required.
