Job Responsibilities

- Design Development:

- Lead and participate in the development of engineering designs from concept to completion.

- Utilize CAD software and other tools to create detailed designs, technical drawings, and prototypes.

- Apply engineering principles and best practices to optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.

- Project Management:

- Manage design projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across different teams.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design engineering.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and implement design improvements.

- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders,



present design proposals, and participate in design reviews.

- Foster a collaborative workplace that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct design reviews, perform quality checks, and validate design outputs.

- Implement corrective actions and improvements based on feedback and testing results.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as design specifications, technical reports, and project documentation.

- Generate progress reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain organized records of design iterations, revisions, and project milestones.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
