Roles and Responsibilities :
- Technical review & approval of PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, CP, SPC.
- Technical review and approval of documents required for IATF 16949:2016
- Having experience of facing of IATF 16949:2016
- Having knowledge of DCS system as well equipment /instrument qualification documentation
- Capable to handle customer audits
- Experience of handling of team
- Knowledge of VDA 6.5, 5S, 4M, 7QC tools & 8D methodology
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in automobile or electrolyte industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, PPPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and IATF standards.
- Proven track record of improving product quality through effective problem-solving techniques.
