Job Title : Deputy Manager / Manager – Sourcing (Fabric)

Experience : 7 – 12 years

Education : Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology

Job Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore

- Manage the development of technical synthetic fabrics, with strong knowledge of fabric testing requirements and the ability to handle import sources for recent developments.
- Maintain and regularly update MLM and critical paths with accurate fabric data to ensure the on-time buy-ready process.
- Coordinate and obtain testing approvals at combo-wise and PD levels, ensuring all required quality and compliance standards are met.
- Work closely with the Adidas LO, Internal Marketing, and Bulk Teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the fabric development and adoption process.




- Troubleshoot fabric testing failures and proactively resolve quality issues during the development stage to avoid delays during bulk production.
- Take complete ownership of the brand calendar, from offering the required fabric quality to achieving final quality adoption.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all relevant stakeholders and drive fabric developments in line with agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, development timelines, and brand requirements are achieved.
- Identify potential fabric quality or testing concerns at an early stage and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth development and production.
- Exposure to or experience in sportswear fabric qualities will be an added advantage.
