Duties and Responsibilities Key Deliverables:

- Support field through troubleshooting on the system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team
- Coordinate with Sales and ensure a mechanism is in place for processing of files within the desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liaison with the functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gaps
