Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end execution of integrated security and perimeter protection projects, from planning and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, site execution, installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
- Manage clients, consultants, OEMs, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, cost and resource deployment.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, networking and other project dependencies.
- Manage FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, snag closure and final handover.
- Identify project risks and drive timely resolution of technical and execution challenges.
- Support billing, variations, additional works and commercial closure.

Experience & Qualification
- 815 years of relevant experience in electronic security, ELV, perimeter protection or integrated security projects.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation,



IT or related discipline.
- Experience in Government-sector projects, particularly CPWD and Defence establishments, will be highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to large-scale, mission-critical and high-security sites will be an advantage.

Strong project ownership, technical understanding, client management, OEM/vendor coordination, commercial awareness, problem-solving and hands-on site execution capability. Ideal candidate: A hands-on Project Manager capable of independently delivering complex Gate Management, Perimeter Security, CCTV and Access Control projects within defined timelines, quality and commercial parameters.

Additional Comments The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Project Manager with robust technical and execution capabilities, capable of independently driving complex Gate Management, perimeter protection and electronic security projects from engineering and procurement through installation, integration, commissioning and final handover.
