Manager/Deputy Manager HVAC Design & Execution The Manager HVAC Design & Execution will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and executing HVAC systems.

HVAC Design & Engineering

- Develop HVAC design concepts, cooling load calculations, equipment selection, technical specifications and skilled in drawing drafting.
- Review and approve HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and detailed engineering submissions.
- Prepare HVAC CAPEX budgets and cost estimates (BOQ) for QSR

Project Execution & Coordination

- Coordinate with project teams, HVAC vendors, consultants, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Release HVAC drawings and provide technical support for site-related HVAC issues.
- Liaise with Procurement teams for timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for HVAC high-side and low-side works.




- Verify and finalize HVAC vendor bills based on executed work and contractual scope.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with Feasibility Teams, Architects, Landlords, Mall Technical Teams, Consultants, and Internal Stakeholders for technical approvals and clearances.
- Resolve design and execution challenges through effective collaboration with vendors, consultants, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering /Diploma or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in HVAC design and project execution, preferably in QSR sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design standards, load calculations, ducting, ventilation, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, and energy-effective solutions.
