We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in the Electric Commercial Vehicle segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing key OEM accounts, identifying business opportunities, handling RFQs, supporting commercial negotiations, and ensuring successful execution of awarded programs.

The role requires solid customer relationship management skills and experience working with Commercial Vehicle OEMs in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

- Manage strategic relationships with EV Commercial Vehicle OEM customers.
- Act as the primary interface between OEM purchasing, engineering, and program teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities in upcoming vehicle platforms.
- Track OEM sourcing strategies and product development plans.
- Generate new business from EV and Commercial Vehicle customers.





RFQ & Commercial Activities

- Prepare RFQ responses and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering and costing teams.
- Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations with OEMs

Program Management Support

- Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams.
- Monitor SOP timelines and customer deliverables.
- Support successful product launches.

Sales Planning

- Drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Track sales targets, order intake, and business pipeline.
- Develop annual business plans for assigned accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build relationships with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and supply-related concerns.
- Ensure timely communication and issue escalation.
