Role & responsibilities
Do daily outbound calls to
1. Push calls in-house call and ensure that business is generated
2. Monthly review in their respective region for Business
3. Keeping track of top 100 clients of their region for position, business
4. Ensure there is growth in volume
5. Visiting Branches on regular basis for business development activity
Supervisory Responsibilities
1. Adherence to Code of conduct, training requirements and supporting RM to achieve their KPIs
