About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and MIS analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Ind AS Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated).
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly MIS reports.
- Support senior management with financial data, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Supervise daily accounts operations, ledger reconciliations, and periodic financial closures.
- Oversee SAP B1 administration, workflows, and user support.
- Handle statutory filings and compliances, including GST, TDS, ROC, RBI, and SEBI forms & returns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).




- Strong analytical, data reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a solid grasp of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA: 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- CMA / MBA (Finance): 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- CA Final (Dropped): 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
