Job Summary The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for 100% fulfillment of recruitment requirements, effective manpower planning, and managing the recruitment team to meet business hiring needs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure 100% closure of all approved hiring requirements across levels and functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning and workforce forecasting.




- Build and maintain robust pipelines through job portals, referrals, vendors, and social platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring SLAs.
- Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in handling recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and recruitment reporting.

Experience & Education

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- 4 7 years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years managing a recruitment team.
