Summary /Purpose of the role The Corporate Administration provides strategic and operational leadership for all corporate-level administrative functions. The role ensures efficient corporate facilities, vendor management, canteen and travel operations, statutory compliance, and employee support services. This role requires robust corporate-level experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to implement technology-driven solutions for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead corporate administration, office management, and facility upkeep.
- Handle CMD Office and Residence

- Develop and execute admin strategy, policies, and long-term infrastructure plans.




- Manage corporate canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, vendor contracts.
- Oversee travel desk, transport services, guest house, and hospitality.
- Handle vendor and contract management (security, housekeeping, FM, travel, canteen).
- Ensure corporate-level statutory compliance, safety audits, fire safety and documentation.
- Plan and manage corporate admin budgets and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Provide governance support to plant admin teams (policy alignment, SLA monitoring).
- Lead and develop the corporate admin team.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Planning and executing corporate events, conferences, meetings, and MICE requirements.
