Ensure all villa/room types, public spaces, recreational facilities, and back-of-house areas are clean and exceptionally maintained.

- Quality Control Audits: Conduct routine inspections of vacant, occupied, and checkout rooms to uphold resort quality scores.

- VIP Cover: Personally inspect rooms for VIP guests, foreign dignitaries, and long-stay resort packages. [1, 2, 3, 4]

1. Staff Management &
- Scheduling

- Roster Management: Create complex duty rotas, schedules, and leave allocations aligned with fluctuating resort occupancy forecasts.

- Training &
- Development:

Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ongoing training programs for current and existing personnel.

- Performance Evaluations: Assist the EHK with staff appraisals, disciplinary actions, promotions, and hiring. [1, 2, 3, 4]

1. Financial &
- Supply Chain Controls

- Inventory Tracking:



Supervise periodical stock-taking and maintain strict records for linen, uniforms, guest amenities, and heavy cleaning machinery. [1, 2]

- Budgeting Support: Provide analytical data to the EHK to assist in capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX) forecasting. [1, 2]

1. External Vendor &
- Maintenance Oversight

- Contractor Management: Supervise the performance of third-party vendors (e.g., facade window cleaners, off-premises laundry, and specialized pest control).

- Engineering Liaison: Coordinate directly with the maintenance department to execute deep cleaning schedules and swift room repairs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
