Must have BDS degree

Utilize dental knowledge to understand patient requirements and explain dental treatments and procedures clearly.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients and leads.

Coordinate with interpreters during patient communication and consultations when required.

Respond to patient and lead inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.

Follow up with leads and assist in converting potential patients into appointments/treatments.

Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth communication between patients and the dental team.

Participate in dental camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities.

Visit and build professional relationships with doctors, dental professionals, hospitals, and referral partners.

Support marketing activities and generate recent patient leads through outreach and networking.

Maintain follow-up records and regularly update the status of leads and patient inquiries.

Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to improve patient engagement and conversions.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
