M-TRANS GROUP is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Demo Organizers to coordinate and conduct demonstrations of our Queue Management System and Digital Signage Solutions for hospitals, clinics, banks, offices, and other customer establishments.

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling demonstrations, coordinating with customers and the technical team, arranging demo requirements, explaining basic software features, and following up with prospective customers to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule Queue Management System demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Arrange online and on-site demos for hospitals, clinics, and other organizations.
- Coordinate with customers, sales executives, software developers, and technical support teams.
- Demonstrate basic features of the Queue Management System, including token generation, queue display, patient flow, and live queue status.
- Coordinate demonstrations of doctor-wise queues, referral queues, self-service options, and digital signage integration.
- Ensure the demo system, display devices, computers, and other equipment are ready before demonstrations.
- Collect customer requirements, feedback, and suggestions during demos.
- Maintain demo schedules, customer details, and follow-up records in Excel or CRM software.




- Follow up with prospective customers after demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team for further action.
- Prepare daily and weekly demo activity reports.
- Travel to customer locations when required.

Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and MS Office.
- Ability to explain software features clearly to customers.
- Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer demonstrations.
- Interest in hospital technology, queue management software, and digital signage solutions.

Educational Qualification
- Plus Two, Diploma, or any degree.
- Experience in software demonstrations, customer support, sales coordination, or IT coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with hospital administrators, reception staff, doctors, and other customers. The candidate should be willing to learn our Queue Management Software and explain its advantages through practical demonstrations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
