Role Description The Demi Chef De Partie will support the kitchen and café operations by preparing menu items, assisting in food presentation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.



This full-time role involves working closely with senior kitchen staff to execute recipes, manage mise en place, and ensure consistency in taste and quality.

The Demi Chef De

Partie will help coordinate with front-of-house teams to align food preparation with coffee service and overall guest experience.

Responsibilities also include monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and following standard operating procedures. This is an on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area, requiring active participation in daily kitchen activities and service hours.

· Prepare dishes as per standard recipes, ensure taste and presentation quality

· Maintain kitchen hygiene, follow FSSAI & café SOPs

· Support section stock checks, maintain FIFO, reduce wastage

Maintain cleanliness of tools, report malfunctions
