Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop demand plans by analyzing historical data, market trends, and competitive landscape to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capacity constraints and develop strategies for optimization.

- Analyze demand vs supply gaps and provide recommendations on inventory management, pricing, and promotions to minimize stockouts or overstocking.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Demand Planning or related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management).

- Solid understanding of Capacity Planning, Demand Forecasting, Demand Management principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with ability to learn new software quickly.
