We are building the future of infrastructure access for agents.

You’ll be our first demand generation hire, building and scaling top-of-funnel growth for Adaptive and Industric, our new access harness for agents.

This is a hands-on role with room to shape the strategy, an experimentation budget, and the ownership to turn ideas into campaigns. You’ll create content and collateral yourself, use AI tools to move quickly, and figure out what earns attention and converts it into qualified demand.

Our market is global, spanning the US, India, Southeast Asia, and beyond. You’ll reach technical buyers including CTOs, CISOs, and CIOs, making complex products transparent and compelling.

If you’re creative, have good taste, and enjoy taking an idea from “what if?” to a live experiment, this role gives you the space to build.

What you’ll do

- Build and own demand generation across Adaptive and Industric in global markets
- Run experiments across paid ads, content, newsletters, outbound, SEO, and answer engine optimization (AEO)
- Create compelling content and collateral yourself—from ad copy and landing pages to newsletters and product explainers—using AI tools
- Develop messaging that resonates with technical buyers across engineering, security, and IT
- Identify buying intent and signals, and turn them into timely, relevant campaigns and outreach
- Test audiences, messages, offers, and channels; scale what works and learn quickly from what doesn’t
- Work closely with the founder and sales and product teams to turn customer insights into campaigns




- Build and optimize the funnel from first visit to qualified demo or sales conversation—across landing pages, forms, calls to action, and follow-up sequences
- Set up campaign tracking and reporting to understand conversion rates, cost per qualified lead, and contribution to pipeline; identify drop-offs and test improvements
- Build audience segments and nurture journeys using engagement, account fit, and buying signals; work with sales to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads

Who you are

- Ideally 2–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or a closely related marketing role
- Hands-on experience with marketing and growth tools—for example, HubSpot for CRM and automation, GA4 for analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid acquisition, Apollo or Clay for outbound and enrichment, and Ahrefs or Semrush for SEO
- Comfortable connecting tools and automating workflows, using platforms such as n8n to move quickly and reduce repetitive work
- Able to translate funnel data into action—you can spot where prospects drop off, decide what to test, and measure whether it improved conversion
- Creative and high agency: you spot opportunities, take initiative, and get things live without waiting for a detailed brief
- A strong writer with good taste and an eye for clear messaging, thoughtful design, and quality execution
- Comfortable creating content and collateral yourself, using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
- Understand buying intent and signals, and can distinguish attention from meaningful demand
- Comfortable with data and experimentation—you can form a hypothesis, run a test, and explain what the results mean
- Curious about technical products and able to learn how engineering, security, and IT teams evaluate and buy software
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build the demand generation function as its first hire
- Prior B2B SaaS experience and a technical background are welcome, but neither is required
