Role: Delivery Operations

Experience : 10 to 18yrs

Location: Chennai

Required skills:

1. Delivery Operations & Team Management

- Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure service levels, productivity, and quality targets are achieved.
- Lead and manage teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and workforce planning.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage escalations, operational risks, and stakeholder expectations.

2. Finance & Accounts Payable (AP)

- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, validation, exception handling, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
- Monitor AP performance metrics, including invoice processing cost, backlog, aging, first-time-right rate, and payment accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, audit requirements, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, General Ledger, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Drive automation and standardization across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

3. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- Lead complex process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies using tools such as DMAIC, Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and process mapping.




- Deliver measurable improvements in cost savings, productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Establish control mechanisms to sustain process improvements.
- Mentor team members and Green Belt practitioners in continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Business Transformation & Process Excellence

- Lead transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.
- Identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and system optimization.
- Manage transformation projects from assessment and planning through implementation and benefits realization.
- Develop business cases, track project milestones, and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of recent processes and technologies.
- Partner with senior management to align transformation initiatives with business objectives.

5. Stakeholder & People Management

- Build strong relationships with Finance leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Present operational performance, risks, improvement plans, and transformation benefits to senior management.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
- Manage performance reviews, succession planning, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
