We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Sr. Delivery Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding with ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days WFO & 1 Day WFH in a week)

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget adherence

Define delivery plans, milestones, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Manage resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity across projects.

Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address delivery risks.

Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices and release management

Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud, and data

Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure SDLC/DevOps best practices.





Required Experience

1. Technical Skills (Preferred)

Robust knowledge or experience in backend development and system integration. Experience with API-led integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee, Workato, or similar).

Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Solid knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data flows.

1. Delivery & Leadership Skills

Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale projects. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery governance.

Excellent stakeholder, communication, and risk management skills.

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic delivery oversight.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers, QA, operations, and business teams.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines (depending on tech).

Soft Skills: Communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, risk management.

Qualifications

B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any relevant graduate degree
