Hi Pos is expanding its Corporate & Specialist Search practice and looking for experienced recruitment professionals for the following positions:

Open Positions:

- Delivery Lead Talent Search & Engagement
- Executive Search Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search mandates across BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, GIFT City and GCCs.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, professional networks and direct sourcing.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research and competitor mapping to identify relevant talent pools.
- Engage and assess candidates for specialist, mid-to-senior-level and leadership positions.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation and follow-ups.




- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and search progress reports.

Specialist Hiring Domains: Wealth Management, Credit, Risk, Risk Modelling & Model Validation, Audit, Compliance, Finance and Technology.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in recruitment, talent search or executive search.
- Solid sourcing, research and candidate engagement skills.
- Understanding of specialist hiring and relevant talent markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

Additional Requirements for Delivery Lead:

- Experience in team leadership and hands-on recruitment delivery.
- Ability to manage client relationships, delivery governance and team performance.
