Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for C2H IT hiring mandates across multiple clients.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and quality benchmarks.

- Understand client requirements and build hiring strategies for quick turnaround and closures.

- Handle stakeholder management with clients, hiring managers, and internal leadership teams.

- Drive fulfillment for roles across technologies such as Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, ERP, Cybersecurity, QA, and Emerging Technologies.

- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, submission quality, and conversion metrics.

- Conduct regular review meetings and track recruiter performance.

- Build sourcing channels through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and talent pipelines.

- Monitor recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring forecasts.

- Coordinate offer management, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

- Ensure high levels of candidate and client experience.
