Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver IT hardware spare parts, components, and equipment to customer/client locations.

- Pick up and deliver spare parts from office, warehouse, or vendor locations.

- Coordinate with the internal team regarding spare requirements and deliveries.

- Maintain proper records of delivered and collected items.

- Ensure secure handling and timely delivery of hardware/spare parts.

- Collect faulty/old hardware or spare parts from customer locations when required.

- Support the field/service team with hardware movement and replacement activities.

- Travel within Delhi/NCR as per business requirements.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and computer spare parts such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, keyboard, mouse, cables, adapters, etc.





- Basic understanding of desktop/laptop hardware.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to different customer locations.

- Responsible for safe handling of IT equipment and spare parts.

- Basic knowledge of documentation and delivery records.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification:

- 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI preferred.

- Freshers with basic hardware knowledge can also be considered.
