We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving delegate participation for our upcoming conferences and business events.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and connect with potential delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Drive delegate registrations and achieve assigned participation targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective delegates.
- Understand the event, target audience,



and delegate profile to effectively communicate the value of attending.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed delegates.
- Maintain regular communication with delegates throughout the registration process.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth delegate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily activities.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and interacting with senior professionals.
- Prior experience in delegate acquisition, B2B sales, telesales, business development, or event sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset may also apply.
