Experience Required:-

- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales and/or Automobile Dealership Sales.
- Candidates from commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, two-wheeler, EV dealership, and automobile retail sales backgrounds can be considered.

Compensation:-

- Net Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 per month
- Sales Incentive: 2,500 per vehicle sale
- Budget flexibility up to 25,000 - 30,000 for robust and relevant performers, along with the applicable incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Handle dealership walk-in customers and field sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
- Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements, provide vehicle recommendations, resolve queries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate referral business.
- Coordinate with finance and documentation teams for seamless vehicle delivery.

- Candidates from commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, two-wheeler, EV dealership, and automobile retail sales backgrounds can be considered.
- Good in Sales & Negotiation, Communication, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Target Achievement.
- Who can handle Vehicle Sales Target, Lead Conversion Ratio, Customer Satisfaction Score, Finance Penetration, Insurance Attachment, Referral Business.
- Support vehicle booking, registration, loan processing, insurance, and delivery documentation.
- Energetic, customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Good verbal communication in local language & English
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and field activities
