Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Dealer Development Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in the automobile or EV industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding the dealer network, identifying potential dealers, managing dealer relationships, and supporting business growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business and dealer opportunities.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding sales, product requirements, targets, and business plans.
- Support dealer onboarding, documentation, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and market visits to understand business requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Accounts for dealer-related requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, schemes, and promotional activities at dealer locations.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer development, sales performance, and market activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the automobile / EV industry.
- Strong dealer development and channel management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Positive negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Robust market knowledge and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for dealer visits and market development.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in automobile dealership development, EV business, channel sales, dealer onboarding, or territory development will be preferred.
