A dbt (Data Build Tool) Architect designs, builds, and optimizes enterprise-scale data transformation frameworks and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines using dbt Core or dbt Cloud on cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design: Design enterprise-scale dbt frameworks, folder structures, modeling standards, reusable macros, and custom packages.Data Modeling: Implement dimensional modeling, data vault, or other data warehouse design patterns for clean, business-ready datasets.CI/CD & Automation: Build and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and automated testing/documentation workflows.Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL queries, incremental load strategies, and cluster compute costs within the data warehouse/lakehouse
