Job Title: Database Administrator

Experience : 5+ Years

Location: Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune

Shift : 24*7 Rotational

Work Mode: work from office

Mandatory Skills: MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Database Administration Install, configure, and perform version upgrades of databases. Manage user accounts and permissions.

Collaborate with senior teams on schema design and optimization. Set up and maintain environments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production. Performance Optimization Assist in query tuning and create indexing strategies to improve database performance.

Perform resource utilization analysis (CPU, memory, I/O) to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience : ·

5 to 8 years of experience in database administration with a focus on MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB,

Hands-on experience with database backups, performance tuning,



query optimization, and troubleshooting. ·

·Knowledge of high availability (HA) setups for databases and systems. Valuable understanding of security best practices for database environments.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills:

· Experience with database management tools (e.g., Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM)). · Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager and database replication strategies. Certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus.

Educational Qualification : · bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology
