- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Data & Analytics transformation programme, from initial mobilisation through to operational maturity, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of a Microsoft Fabric data platform, overseeing data ingestion, integration, reporting, analytics, governance, platform releases, and the delivery of new data capabilities.
- Develop and manage integrated project and programme plans across data, technology, reporting, governance, operating model, people, and business workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly tracked.
- Lead business and technology delivery teams, coordinating internal stakeholders, senior business leaders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to maintain accountability and delivery momentum.
- Own Agile and hybrid delivery activities, including sprint planning, roadmap and release planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, RAID management, and prioritisation based on business value.
- Manage programme governance, risks, issues, dependencies,



budgets, forecasts, and resources, providing clear reporting and escalation to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Support the mobilisation of the new Data & Analytics function, including resource planning, operating model implementation, knowledge transfer, training, organisational readiness, and transition into BAU operations.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communication, preparing steering committee packs, programme updates, executive reports, workshops, and governance forums while ensuring transparency around progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Lead change management and value realisation, ensuring new data and analytics capabilities are successfully adopted, embedded into business processes, and measured against agreed business outcomes and benefits.
- Bring robust experience across enterprise data, cloud and analytics transformation, with knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, modern data platforms, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, vendor management, financial management, and data governance.
