About Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Privacy & GRC Consultant to support privacy, compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with privacy regulations, governance frameworks, privacy management platforms, and third-party risk management programs. This role requires strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, privacy operations, compliance assessments, data governance practices, and emerging Responsible AI frameworks.

You will collaborate with legal, security, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct privacy assessments, compliance reviews, and governance evaluations aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Support privacy compliance initiatives related to GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
- Implement, configure,



and manage privacy management platforms such as OneTrust, Securiti.ai, TrustArc, or BigID.
- Perform data discovery, data classification, and data mapping activities across business applications and systems.
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and support privacy governance processes.
- Manage consent management processes, cookie compliance initiatives, and user preference management.
- Process and support Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and privacy rights requests.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Privacy by Design reviews.
- Participate in AI Impact Assessments and Responsible AI governance initiatives.
- Support third-party risk management and vendor privacy assessment activities.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, security, and engineering teams to implement privacy controls and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing privacy policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on organizational compliance programs.
- Support audit activities, compliance reviews, and internal control assessments.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and risk assessment documentation.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2–5 years of experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, GRC, Risk Management, or Information Governance.
- Strong knowledge of privacy regulations including GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, and related compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with privacy management platforms such as OneTrust, Securiti.ai, TrustArc, BigID, or similar tools.
- Experience performing data discovery, data classification, and data governance activities.
- Knowledge of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) management and privacy documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting consent management, cookie compliance, and privacy operations programs.
- Hands-on experience managing DSAR workflows and privacy rights fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)



and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles and frameworks.
- Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs and vendor assessments.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring, control testing, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Understanding of data lifecycle management and information governance practices.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with legal, security, compliance, and business teams.
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance and governance best practices.
