Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

--- About the Role:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Intern to support our team in maintaining, updating, and managing company data and records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and good English communication skills.

--- Key Responsibilities:-

- Maintain and update company databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Enter, verify, organize, and maintain data accurately.
- Prepare and update daily and weekly data reports.
- Check data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain candidate and employee records systematically.
- Assist the HR and Operations teams with data-related activities.
- Prepare Excel sheets, trackers, and reports as required.
- Organize and categorize data for easy access and reference.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and candidate information.




- Perform other data management and administrative tasks assigned by management.

--- Requirements:-

- Graduate or pursuing a degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, or a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle and organize large amounts of data.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
